Natural Hair is only affected by the products you use but also by what you put in your body. Here are some foods that you could incorporate into your daily diet resulting in amazing natural hair. 

1. Carrots 
  
Carrots are a great source of Vitamin A which promotes a healthy scalp with results in naturally shiny hair.





2. Eggs

Eggs are full on proteins which gives your hair strength. They also have Biotin which helps with  growth.





3. Nuts 

Nuts such as brazil nuts, walnuts, cashews , pecans and almonds have zinc and omega-3 fatty acids which result in thick , strong hair. 






4. Whole Grains 

Whole Grains in your breads, pastas and rice are full of B-Vitamins that give you overall shine and strength. 






5. Salmon 

Fish such as salmon are full of iron and fatty acids which help with growth and shine. 


An overall balanced diet is a great route on the journey to healthy hair.
